Kim Bridge & Associates is one of Western Australia's long established Aboriginal organisations. We have worked in the areas of business development, leadership, personal development and transformational change since 1996 and have extensive knowledge on the Aboriginal, non-Aboriginal cultural, social and economic landscape.

 

Over the last twenty years, we have trained in excess of 20,000 people in the private sector such as, Shell, Woodside, Macmahon’s, Fortesque Metal Group (FMG), BHP and, Transfield Services; and numerous government agencies such as Prime Minister & Cabinet, Corrective Services, Disability Services, Health, Tourism, local councils, and Aboriginal corporations.

 

Director, Kim Bridge serves in several senior governance positions and is a Board member of Curtin University Council, Transfield Services Indigenous Advisory and Reconciliation Western Australia. Previous Board role include, Tourism Western Australia. 

 

We understand the complexity of the challenges involved in effective engagement, but also believe that inherent to every challenge is a solution. We continue to strive to find pathways to successful and sustainable social and business development.
